Aside from the Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord / Lord of Extinction combo (every deck needs an "end-trigger"); Horobi, Death's Wail makes for a great 2nd option (*provided you protect your womens ;) )

It slices creatures like a true Medusa, it dices apart graveyards & lands, it has Haste, Deathtouch, Indestructible, Trample and more! - Everything looking bleak?...
