As you can probably tell by the title, this is a budget Shirei deck. As you would expect from a Shirei deck, the main plan is to get Shirei out and get lots of value from sacrificing your 1 or less power creatures over and over again and controlling the board. Remember that Shireis effect works on your opponents turns too.
