In a world where almost every rashmi deck is a control deck, we will beat down and combo out...

The way this deck usually runs, is that turns 1-3 you ramp preferably having a turn 1 ramp spell in your hand to get out rashmi as soon as possible, free casting of spells is a way to achieve card advantage while not really impacting the board with you ramp and smaller elf type creatures, it also allow easier ways to "back into" a combo, by not expecting to do a combo and blind flipping a piece possibly going off from there.

Combos

Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake makes infinite mana

Paradox Engine + Strionic Resonator +3 Mana of rocks and dorks= Infinite mana and untap of nonlands Energizing and comboing with Arcanis the Omnipotent or Planar Bridge to draw/ Put all permanents on the battlefield.

How do we win with infinite mana?

Once We have all the mana ever we can then use Blue Sun's Zenith To draw our deck and win with lab maniac, or make our opponent deck out, Thrasios, Triton Hero or Duskwatch Recruiter   to help draw into other creatures to keep going, or Infinite Capsize to make it so no one can ever have fun.

Or Is all spell wincons/ Laboratory Maniac removed, if you still have infinite mana and Deadeye Navigator you can blink Dryad Arbor + Avenger of Zendikar for very large creatures to win with.
