Attempting to build a Rakdos deck that uses as many ways as possible to deal damage to be able to cast big stuff for cheap/free.

Currently struggling with consistency and being able to cast Rakdos early in the game due to the cost and having to have done damage. Would like to find a way to make the deck more reliable and smooth. Have a small budget at the moment.
