January 2019 Update
So I've been more or less afk for the last little bit because I was pretty happy with the list, just here to make a small update and make it known that I am still checking comments (though I may reply kinda late)
The most frequently asked question I get is: Why Jeleva over Kess?
Now, this is answered a couple times in the comments on here and I believe on Reddit but I figured I might as well add it right here.
I think that either is 100% fine. The reason I have Jeleva as the commander currently is because I'm of the opinion that in a more casual environment where massive spells like a praetor, maybe Iona, Shield of Emeria or Avacyn, Angel of Hope are likely lurking, Jeleva could bring a lot more value than Kess at times. However, Kess is also quite valuable in a list that doesn't run Yawgmoth's Will so it is also worth a thought. At the end of the day you'd be perfectly fine running either, but I would likely choose Jeleva.
Changes:
-1 Mana Vault (price went up considerably and is no longer budget friendly)
-1 High Tide (likely not enough value in a deck without duals, probably just not putting in enough work alone)
+1 Electrodominance (allows you to cheat in permanents at instant speed is a big bonus to the already good
effect+flavor text is OP)
+1 Light up the Stage (this card is just really damn good. It also lets you make a SEVEN card Doomsday pile if you cast it before Doomsday if you have a way to stack your deck [Sensei's top, Top of deck tutor, Lim Dul's*)
