This is all about creatures with abilities based on their power/toughness, and ways of boosting then abusing those.

Maybe use Atogatog as a jank commander, which would mean an auto include of Arcane Adaptation and Conspiracy, then some enchantment tutors.

We could also use General Tazri and alway fetch Zada, Hedron Grinder then pack the deck with instant pump spells (like Hunter's Prowess).

If Zada is in there and we take a pump spell approach, we'd include Anax and Cymede, Appeal / Authority

Exalted will help here, though we don't want to limit it to when creatures attack.

Use some cheap monster creatures to use card like Dragon Throne of Tarkir and Pathbreaker Ibex on.

If there are many +1/+1 counter enablers that end up being used, it could be worth include Incubation Druid, Evolution Sage, and Rishkar, Peema Renegade

maybe cards like Baru, Fist of Krosa if I can have cards that make all my lands forests, like dryad.
