The IN deck in town right now in Legacy! Brewed from 3 reputable sources on the interwebs! (Actually my brew, with Rishadan Port and Wasteland)

Now extensively tested on XMage. The deck WORKS. Typically you play Chalice of the Void on turn one, use Wasteland and Rishadan Port to lock your opponent, and then force him/her to sacrifice permanents with the Rishadan Pirates. Hostage Taker takes care of blockers and Kitesail Freebooter takes care of combos. Serendib Efreet and Rishadan Airship are the "stompy" parts. One Force of Will is added to counter the occasional Show and Tell or Tendrils of Agony or critical Swords to Plowshares.
