Elfball:

The main idea here is to play as many Elves as possible and exploit Joraga Warcaller's MULITKICKER with Elvish Archdruid. Nylea's Presence is handy for draw and planting trees on your opponents side of the board so Elvish Champion can enable funny wins. To recover from heavy removal and board wipes Nissa Revane is wonderful for keeping a constant presence on the battlefield.

Elvish Archdruid can also be used to exploit Tooth and Nail to cheat out both Realm Razer + Tyrant of Discord; All the lands disappear, and then the opponent sacrifices all your permanents in a random order.... Then proceed to beat face with elves and a 7/7 and a 4/2.

• Elvish Archdruid: The Modern Format's version of Priest of Titania with aditional boost for Elves in play. His main purpous is for getting extra mana for Joraga Warcaller's Multikicker or casting Tooth and Nail with its Entwine cost.

• Elvish Champion: Wonderful against other {G} decks or even things like Jund/Sultai/Bant. Gives evasion as well as boost can win the game. It is interesting to note that she is only an "Elf" since the Lord type was pulled.

• Joraga Warcaller: This is the centerpiece threat of the deck. Not a Lord by himself but with some help his ability can make the entire Elf army grow with him! Usually paying {2}{G}{G}{G} total to put two +1/+1 counters on him is enough to make the elves big enough to win; especially factoring in the other lords will eventually come into play.

{G} Mana Dorks:

Mana Dorks:

• Llanowar Elves: Whether its dumping mana into abilities or just acting as playing an additional Forest to play the T2 Elvish Archdruid he is the classic Mana dork.

• Elvish Mystic: This is how Decks legally run more than 4x Llanowar Elves.

• Sylvan Ranger: Doubles as an Elf and a poor-man's Misty Rainforest/Verdant Catacombs to help thin out some lands from being topdecked.

{G} Tech/Support:

Tech/Support:

• Elvish Visionary: Elf draw.

• Nissa Revane/Nissa's Chosen: They are not only in here for pure flavor; but pair together to provide constant board presence/lifegain. Her -7 can be Hilarious but always be careful to not over extend and get hosed with AEtherize/Wrath of God.

• Nylea's Presence: This is set up for an easy win with Forestwalk/Elvish Champion

{G} Lands:

I used to run other lands but honestly I think 17x BASICS are the way to go.

• Oran-Rief, the Vastwood: Despite lands entering the battlefield tapped is far from ideal in a competetive enviroment; the payoff is huge with this land. Nissa's Chosen can potentially be comming in for free, Elf warior tokens from Imperious Perfect and whatever else is in hand after setting up with Lead the Stampede.

• Llanowar Reborn: Nowhere near as impressive as previously mentioned but that 1 aditional counter without requiring to tap this land can be just enough to put Joraga Warcaller over the top.

• Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx: Devotion mana ramp.

• Essence Warden: Lifegain can be useful against Burn and comical against Token generators.

• Gaea's Herald: Middle finger to control.

• Aspect of Mongoose: Can be used against decks with lots of targeted removal.

• Krosan Grip: Artifact/enchantment removal; great against control.
