This is a competitive Necrotic Ooze combo deck. The way the deck works is to put cards into your graveyard, then use Necrotic Ooze to combo off using the cards.

Fulminator Mage= sac your Necrotic Oozes for land destruction
Havengul Lich= If it's on the battlefield and Necrotic Ooze is in your graveyard, use it to reanimate the Ooze. Vise-versa, use Necrotic Ooze to return Havengul Lich using its own ability.
The proper way to use the druid is like this: If Necrotic Ooze is on the battlefield, Hermit Druid can be in the graveyard or on the battlefield, whichever is more convenient. Activate its ability and win with a manaless Necrotic Ooze combo. Otherwise, you activate Hermit Druid, putting your entire library into your graveyard, getting a Narcomoeba. If Hermit Druid is the only creature you have, play a land to get Bloodghast, then tap the land to activate Fatestitcher's unearth ability. Now you have 3 creatures. Sac your Narcomoeba to Cabal Therapy naming a spell that could hinder you. Then, sac all three creatures to Dread Return, reanimating Necrotic Ooze. Then use a combo.
