Fairly straightforward extra turns/combat Narset build - 25 pieces of ramp and 19 extra turns/combats and arguably more due to tutors, Ral Zarek, and cards like Mizzix's Mastery.

I've been playing this commander since before Khans came out using a proxy and the list is very optimized. I choose not to run Enter the Infinite/Omniscience out of personal preference... the deck is linear enough as it is.
