Copied deck, the original had 2 Alms of the Vein , and no madness synergy, so they were replaced with 2 Skewer the Critics . If you wanted to Budgetize a little bit more, you could replace the playset of Lava Spike with a playset of Skewer the Critics , then just fill in the open spots with other bolts. Your goal is to get the most damage for the cheapest amount of mana.

Additionally, I will try to modify the sideboard to make it better, according to me.
