I made this Snake Tribal deck around the time Kamigawa was first released and I always wanted to rework it someday. It hasn't changed a whole lot card-wise (yet) but the strategy I intend on using (for now) is different.

Using Sakura-Tribe Elder and Kodama's Reach (and maybe Sachi, Daughter of Seshiro) to Ramp early and get out the heavy hitters Seshiro the Anointed and Patron of the Orochi (which can be Tutored with Time of Need) as soon as possible.

Sosuke's Summons and Tangle Asp can be used for Chump blocking while trying to get the previously mentioned cards on the field.

Door of Destinies, Obelisk of Urd, Adaptive Automaton, and Seshiro the Anointed Pump whatever Snakes are on the filed to out muscle the opponent's creatures.
