Using his tireless creations, and the best Artifacts from across space and time, Memnarch seeks to turn all creatures, lands, and enchantments into metal and machines.

I have made about 6 EDH decks in the past, and this is my favorite one so far (not because it's amazing, but because it is artifacts and mono-blue). What I am looking for is advice on cards I can put in to this deck in place of other cards. For example, I replaced Traveler's Amulet with Armillary Sphere because it does the same thing, but with more bang for your buck.

Any and all advice would be good.
