This is a Marchesa, the Black Rose Dragons Tribal deck. It takes advantage of Grixis dragon ETB(enter and exits the battlefield) effects with a little bit of an Aristocrats subtheme with Marchesa being used for recursion. The fact that this deck is a little slow is actually to its advantage, because it allows you to not have the most health when your dragons start hitting the battlefield.

The key dragon cards that make this synergy work are Lathliss, Dragon Queen, Scourge of Valkas(Flayer of the Hatebound,Warstorm Surge,), Ruthless Deathfang(Dictate of Erebos, Grave Pact), Nicol Bolas, the Ravager  , Keiga, the Tide Star, Kokusho, the Evening Star, Hoarding Dragon, Descent of the Dragons, Demanding Dragon,Bogardan Hellkite, and Shifting Shadow .

The new M19 Dragons along with the Unbanning of Kokusho allowed this deck to be created
