This is my stab at a cheap Mill deck.

Fascination is the main mill and draw engine. Its followed by Ambassador Laquatus and a lovely pair of crabs Hedron Crab and Iceberg Cancrix to help them along. Forgotten Creation and Sphinx's Tutelage is a fun combo.

Saheeli, Sublime Artificer is included for maximum Powerstone Shard fun. I've enjoyed copying Trepanation Blade to arm her droids.

Mercurial Chemister fills in great for card draw and removal.
