This is a Orzhov, Vampire life gain deck. The commander is an Orzhov adviser, which I feel is prefect for a Lasombra theme (e.g. high power church vampires).

Kambal, Consul of Allocation is cheap enough to pay early. If there is a good draw early game and you get Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant  , your commander and extort creatures will be well protected.

Also, with loads of ways to gain life (Beacon of Immortality, Sanguine Sacrament, Exsanguinate, extort creatures, lifegain vampires, etc. being some examples), Felidar Sovereign can help you win the game quickly if folks don't have a response for it.
