The T3 win is difficult, but possible. It is however, fairly fragile (I wouldn't go for it against an interactive deck) and it goes like this:
Turn 1: Forest + Birds of Paradise
Turn 2: Fetch land + Renegade Rallier, replay a fetch off revolt trigger, cast another Birds of Paradise
Turn 3: Fetch land + Restoration Angel, blink Renegade Rallier to trigger revolt again and get the fetch back from the yard again. This leaves you with 3 mana open (bird+bird+3 lands+ 2 extra lands off revolt triggers) to cast Eldritch Evolution, sacrificing your Rallier to get Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker to put in motion the classic Kiki Chord combo.
With that silliness aside, the deck pretty much plays like a normal Kiki-Chord deck. Its gone through a few different iterations (Nahiri, the Harbinger + Emrakul, the Aeons Torn package among others). If there are any other people on Kiki Chord/Evo let me know what works for you! I find this deck can be pretty meta dependent where the toolbox side of things really comes into play.
Value Town:
Cast Eldritch Evolution, sacrificing Voice of Resurgence to get Pia and Kiran Nalaar OR Renegade Rallier. Go from 2 to 8 power on board in a flash! The choice would really be yours on who to choose. Getting the Voice of Resurgence back into play and maintaining board state is great, but those two thopter fliers can really be great as well.
Classic Combo:
Three turn sequence
Chord of Calling for 3, get eternal witness and get back Chord.
Chord for 4, get Restoration Angel, blink Eternal Witness, get back Chord.
Chord for 5, get Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, make infinite Restoration angels
Other Value:
Some cards in the sideboard that have been great for me are Chameleon Colossus and Sigarda, Host of Herons. With the chameleon its amazing to have a creature that can't get destroyed by fatal push but can also stay out of the burn zone with an instant speed pump ability. Sigarda is great to Chord in to post-board against decks with Liliana of the Veil and other sacrifice abilities. Plus she's a 5/5 flier to boot.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, I'll continue to add to the description when I have the time. Thanks for checking out the deck!
