Hallar kicker EDH!

A straightforward deck for a straightforward commander. Hallar builds up power quickly with kicked spells and some of the support I have in here. In a vacuum, it takes 9 kicked spells to defeat all opponents, but that is almost never going to be how it shakes out in practice -- either Hallar's getting removed or they're hitting harder thanks to the likes of Strength of the Tajuru, et al. Chandra's Ignition is pretty tasty.

The main thing I'm going to be looking at in playtesting: how do the cards that I've included that increase the counters on Hallar (i.e. Solidarity of Heroes) play? There are a lot of options out there, and I'll be seeing if any of these should be replaced by Kalonian Hydra, Verdurous Gearhulk, Ivy Lane Denizen, Evolutionary Escalation, Death's Presence, or Retreat to Kazandu, among others.
