Is there anything more beautiful than love? It lifts you up, warms the earth around you, and comes with a Hill Giant body and access to Izzet colors. Wait, what?

Tibor and Lumia are a criminally underrated Izzet commander with a really unique playstyle. Rather than spell slinging or dropping a bunch of artifacts, they reward you for playing multicolored spells, tacking extra flight and Electrickery s onto just about everything you cast. With the power of their love, they'll help fly you to victory while burning your opponent's toes!

Most of our cards are pretty straightforward: lots of card draw, lots of ramp (focusing on creating colored mana to support our color-intensive spells), a decent amount of removal, a few counterspells, and some board wipes for when our incidental pings need some help. We're also running some tricky stuff like Gorgon's Flail to turn all our Red spells into Plague Winds and some mass flying like Levitation to ensure we never ping our own dudes. Since so many of the creatures we want to run are Wizards anyway (including our commander), I was also able to fit a few sweet Wizard payoffs into the deck like Adeliz, the Cinder Wind and Docent of Perfection  , though I mostly tried to stick with payoff cards that are good on their own or with just one other Wizard since we're not true Wizard-tribal.

I'm still tweaking the deck so any suggestions would be most appreciated, though please keep in mind that I'm trying to keep the budget as tight as I can. Most of the cards over $0.50 are only in the list because I already have them. Yes, Basilisk Collar , Cyclonic Rift , and Repercussion would be great in this deck, but they're just too pricey for how competetive this deck can be.
