I love my Purphoros ETB damage deck, The Fat Red Line - Purphoros EDH. It runs super smooth and at this point, its getting tough to make changes to it - and when i do make changes they are usually small changes that only lower the CMC of a card or 2.

When I saw Ayara, First of Locthwain I thought it would be great to build a {B}{B} version of that deck. She comes with the additional draw ability, which is nice when you are dealing with a bunch of small recurring zombies, skeletons and spirits (ohh my).

It also allows me to take full advantage of K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth.

I have faced 2 big problems with this deck vs my Purphy deck:

• 1 damage vs 2 means that this deck will take twice as long to kill all my opponents.

• Purphy is indestructible, and not generally a creature, while Ayara is a small squishy body who may be hard to keep alive

I think the key to solving the second of these problems is going to be to add some indestructible or hexproof equipment. (I will be adding some when I figure out what cards dont work)

The first problem is going to be harder to solve, but I hope that extra life I will be gaining every time an ETB occurs will keep me afloat long enough to kill my opponents.

If you have any suggestions on creatures to add, that would be great. Looking for ones that come in with friends, like Abhorrent Overlord and Sengir Autocrat, or ones that generate pretty consistently like Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder or Ophiomancer
