Just a fun little deck I made with the intent of being as cheap as possible. The theme is obviously kicker with a sub-theme of +1/+1 counters seeing as these are Hallar's main synergies. It is possible (and potentially time consuming) to get this deck below $10, by intense modification in the TCGplayer cart.
