The idea is use Chalice of the Void as soon as possible with one and/or two charges. However, it is better to use Arbor Elf on turn 1 and Utopia Sprawl on 2, because you can cast Chalice of the Void on turn 2 and on turn 3 cast a dragon. In this case, you will cast your one mana drops. Furthermore, you will have Avaricious Dragon and Sarkhan, Fireblood to make you uncastable cards in a possible new threat to end the game.
