Aha! Your lands my good sir, are gone! They have ceased to exist! They have been forever banished from the match! Whats this, a Aether Vial? ... Drat. I made this deck for nothing... Gasp Ethereal Haze! Take that Vial!

Primer!

Evermind: At a glance, this card is bad. At a second glance, with only two Ethereal Haze as arcane spells, this is really bad. And it is.

Celestial Kirin: Now things are heating up! I'll bet that your starting to see the deck come together. Blow up all the lands!

Isochron Scepter: First, this can cast an Evermind. Second, this can also cast Ethereal Haze. People will hate you, but who cares?

Kaho, Minamo Historian: This guy can do everything a scepter can, but is attached to a (albeit wimpy) 2/2 body. Unfortunately, it's not repeatable, but it works. I wonder how many people were playing this in standard...

Search for Azcanta  : Well, great card, helps find combo peaces then turns into a land after nobody has any? I like it.

Damnation: Kill all the creatures, this is really good because we are lacking a lot of countermagic.

Wrath of God: Same as Damnation.

Ethereal Haze: As stated above, it is an arcane, so it will blow up aether vials with a Celestial Kirin out, and make your deck a turbo fog deck with Isochron Scepter.

Mana Leak: Two mana counter, so it can be imprinted onto a Isochron Scepter and is just cheap value.

Remand: No-one likes seeing this on Isochron Scepter! (Again, I know i'm sorry, it's just such a great card.) Aside from that, efficient counter, and will stall and replace itself.

Cryptic Command: Probably the best counter in modern. It's funny, since we're a control deck, people think we're always holding counters, but we only play 3 or so. Use this misconception to your advantage. Fun fact: This can bounce a Kaho, Minamo Historian after you've used all his spells, so you get even more spells!

Inquisition of Kozilek: One drop targeted hand disruption, a popular pick in modern, this card can kill.

Thoughtseize: Again, one mana hand disruption. Not something to pass up in Esper.

Jace, the Mind Sculptor: Every time I lose to control, it is not to control but a planeswalker. (I should mention, Jace is for the ultimate and making sure they don't draw more lands. Sorry Brainstorm lovers.)

Teferi, Hero of Dominaria: Again Planeswalkers.

Serum Visions: A great draw spell in modern, digging for three is always superb.

Fatal Push: The best kill spell in modern for it's CMC. No exceptions. (Isochron Scepter yet again!)

Lands: What did you expect? Killing machines?

Sideboard: 404 Error: 'Sideboard' Not found.
