With Quest for Ula's Temple, you can use the Halimar Depths and Mystic Speculation to scry your library to put a creature on top and use Clockspinning to speed up the process.

For the Jalira, Master Polymorphist, you can again you the Halimar Depths and Mystic Speculation to put a kraken or leviathan on top of your library and kill the reef worm which makes it better.

The deck uses cheap beefy creatures for early game defense like the Kraken Hatchling and Fog Bank. By the end of the game Ula's temple will be ready and you can play all of your krakens and leviathans from your hand.
