proving that blue is my favorite color I"m making another blue deck! this one will be ninja/rogue based. certified jank. No, I'm not having Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow as a commander as I've seen it be very oppressive and could easily get us targeted. When playing jank, its best to be unassuming.
