Mono-blue artifact control deck with an infinite combo for its win condition.

Key cards:

• Isochron Scepter - Allows cards with 2 CMC or lower to be cast without paying their mana cost (as long as you pay two then tap IS).

• Dramatic Reversal - To untap all non-land permanents. Note: These first two cards will allow a finite to infinite amount of times to untap all non-land permanents.

• Consulate Turret - Can either build up E counters or burn opponents for 2 life.

• Pili-Pala and Grand Architect are both here to supply the infinite Mana.

How to set infinite combo:

1) Cast your mana stone(s) as soon as possible; the faster you can get them out, the better.

2) Cast Isochron Scepter, and imprint Dramatic Reversal. Removal spells like Mana Leak or Vapor Snag can also be added, which can ultimately help later.

3) Cast Consulate Turret. As long as you have the mana, both the combo and quite possibly a counter spell, you can trigger the infinite combo on the same turn, thus winning the game.

Triggering Infinite Combo:

1) Tap Consulate Turret for an Energy counter.

2) Tap your Mana stone(s) for 2 mana. Note: can only be used for artifact spells or abilities, unless Pili-Pala is used.

3) Pay two mana, tap Isochron Scepter to cast Dramatic Reversal without paying its mana cost.

4) Untap all non-land cards.

5) Repeat steps 1-4 two more times.

6) Repeat steps 1-4 again, this time pay 3 E counters to deal 2 damage to your opponent.

7) Repeat! Burn! Win.
