Some of my favourite cards in this deck include:

Generous Patron - Great for Card-Draw when dealing with +1/+1 counters.

Kalonian Hydra - Double the counters on a 4/4 with trample? Heck yeah.

Plaguemaw Beast - Use your creatures to add counters! With Death's Presence, can cause a lot of havoc!

Simic Guildmage - Moving -1/-1 counters onto a creature an opponent controls, then proliferating, is yet another strategy.
