Looking over how many Avacyn angel of hope decks are constructed it appears too many rely on her being castable at all times. Simple truth is some decks fall short of being strong enough to play without her. So this is my take on it. A token generating monowhite ramp with artifacts to make up for the weaknesses of white. With this construction Avacyn can show up as early as turn 4, and the token generation is a strength of white so fears of an overwhelming army can take the focus nicely away from Avacyn and potential boardwipes. It doesn't take alot to make an effective avacyn deck but it does take some thought to make one amazing.
