Why run Drift of Phnatasms: Drift of Phantasms seems pretty janky, but its a 3 mana tutor for FC or Scourge. Paying 1UU to win after landing Food Chain into Imperial Recruiter doesn't seem the worst. Also makes eot Worldly Tutor or a Eladamri's Call a 3UGG line to get Food Chain. It's only slightly worse than Grim Tutor even without it being a creature part.

Other possible tutor targets are Deluge, Twister, Yaw Will, with the unlikely one of Grim Tutor.
