This is an aggressive heroic deck with lots of card draw and selection. Battlewise Hoplite, Aqueous Form, and Gods Willing scry. Mesa Enchantress, Cartouche of Knowledge, and Sage's Reverie draw cards. Hyena Umbra, Crab Umbra, and Gods Willing provide protection. The ideal start is the following:

• Turn 1: Favored Hoplite
• Turn 2: Hyena Umbra and Aqueous Form
• Turn 3: Battle Mastery

At that point you're attacking with an unblockable 5/5 double striker with protection that lets you scry every turn. Drop a Sage's Reverie on turn 4 and it's all over. Alternatively, you can play a Battlewise Hoplite and Mesa Enchantress on turns 2 and 3 and then quickly crank through the rest of your deck. For example, play an Aqueous Form, Hyena Umbra, and Cartouche of Knowledge on turn 4 to scry and draw three times, and then draw again for the Cartouche (and then scry again when you attack!). This will almost always give you multiple auras so that you can repeat the process on the next turn.

If you have a couple of extra bucks, sub in more Hyena Umbra for Crab Umbra, Kor Spiritdancer for Mesa Enchantress, and one or two Eidolon of Countless Battles for Lagonna-Band Trailblazer.
