My friends and I are doing an EDH challenge in our play group with the following rules. Deck has to be $20 or under not including the Basic Lands or Commander. Commander has to be $20 or under. We are each building two decks and decks for individual players cannot use overlapping colors unless playing 4-5 color decks. This is my first deck, B/R Vampire Aggro, with a small Life-gain and Madness theme.

I haven't started looking at the price yet but this should be pretty close to on point. Any suggestions are appreciated all of the cards in the Maybe Board are cards I included because they fit the theme but cut to make it a legal deck.

All thoughts and suggestions are welcome, this is a for fun challenge but obviously I want to win!!
