Skeleton tribal, heavy black for commander. Sacrifice to the commander for card draw; Raid Bombardment , Cavalcade of Calamity and Carnage Gladiator provide some relatively risk-free attacks, if you have the regenerate mana. Death Baron is a plan B, a bit of a nonbo with Cavalcade, but everyone having deathtouch can be the correct play. The real reason for the red splash is Lightning Skelemental though. :)
