An attempt at Mono Black Control for the new standard. Black got SO many tools that I believe it can stand on its own, and here's my list. Control and hand hate for early game with a spicy Peer into the Abyss as the win condition. With just one Underworld Dreams on the field it is lethal, usually even against lifegain decks.

I chose this because no one will see it coming, and it's not hard to get off at all. It's certainly easier than ultimating your planeswalker. I'm aware there are sacrifice or devotion decks in this color as well, but i feel this is much more resilient since our win condition can't get board wiped. We can be countered, sure, but we have hand hate to make sure that doesn't happen.

Plenty of wipes for our aggro friends, and plenty of removal for our midrange friends. Control will struggle to stay alive with the constant drain from Underworld Dreams, as well as our removal and hand disruption. Ramp CAN go over us, but I feel like we don't need to race TOO much since we can end it all at once with a resolved Peer into the Abyss.
