Beta Version 1.0 (I know I have too many cards, I'm just trying to get a feel for what I want. Feedback on cuts and additions is greatly appreciated)

To help with cuts and adds, the purpose of this deck as I am seeing it is to be able to have my creatures bring spells back from the graveyard to burn my opponents to cinders. I am thinking blink abilities will help with that.

For a long time I have been thinking about trying my hand at a EDH storm deck..... but admittedly no matter how much I Google it, I have not quite wrapped my head around it. So instead, I am going to attempt something that may turn out to be a little more challenging. An EDH Burn deck. I saw the idea for this build on TheACTR's page, and liked it a lot. So I am following in his footsteps and trying my hand at a more budget-ish friendly burn deck (comparatively speaking). If anyone can help me do a barebones framework of this deck for sub $70 that I can upgrade, (I'm looking at you Optimator) I would greatly appreciate it.

And at the risk of sounding like a complete and utter noob.... do I have any infinite combos here? I don't think I do, but I'm not good at seeing them with red and blue. Now I've gone and added white to the mix. I'm not really a fan of them, but I do like having them if (when) I face someone who does run them.
