Rogues-Tribal themed. The pod I play in has banned infinite combos and traditional cEDH strategies. General strategy is to stick a card-draw engine and/or trigger Sygg each turn to generate card advantage, build a board with evasive creatures, and swing for lethal with a Quietus Spike + Wound Reflection combo. The deck plays fast and generates more tempo as the game goes on.

Soft Locks / Disruption / Defense:

• Ensnaring Bridge to shut-down Voltron strategies
• Capsize with early ramp
• Forbid with card-draw engine(s) to fuel
• Oona's Blackguard and friends to put opponents in top-deck mode
• Evil Twin is fantastic at crippling decks that rely too much on their commander, as is Imprisoned in the Moon
• Baleful Strix is an effective deterrent, and can be recurred with Volrath's Stronghold
• Oona's Blackguard and friends to put opponents in top-deck mode. Drana, Liberator of Malakir , Notorious Throng , and Bitterblossom provide especially nasty synergy.
• Relic of Progenitus tears up graveyard strategies, and can be fetched with Trinket Mage and recurred with Academy Ruins . Likewise, Faerie Macabre and Volrath's Stronghold provides additional cheap graveyard hosing.
• Kira, Great Glass-Spinner provides fantastic defense against targeted removal, but also limits our access to equipment, cipher spells etc.

Win Conditions / Bombs:

• Notorious Throng to swing for lethal on the following extra turn
• Quietus Spike / Tree of Perdition combined with Wound Reflection / Archfiend of Despair
• Sorin Markov for a surprise win
• Accumulated damage with an evasive army and card advantage
• Early game Bribery for an Eldrazi titan or other game changer
• Knowledge Exploitation can frequently win a game or turn the tide. For example, steal a Tooth and Nail , put Archfiend of Despair and Tree of Perdition into play, then tap the Tree on the following turn to kill any opponent.
• Stolen Identity targeting creatures with nasty ETB effects will generate crazy tempo, especially on the turn it's played when it will be copied during combat as well. When the spell is cast on Slippery Scoundrel , Invisible Stalker , or True-Name Nemesis , it just seems unfair.
• Undercity Plague also generates MASSIVE card advantage. For 6 mana on the turn it is cast, your opponent will sac 2 permanents and discard 2 cards, which is very hard to come back from. Especially brutal when the spell is played on the trio of hard-to-kill creatures listed above.
